Maintain all town buildings. Services: Issue Driveway and Excavation permits Issue Recycling and Yard Waste Refuse Permits Other: The Director of Public Works also reviews plans for all Land Use Commissions (Planning, Zoning, Inland-Wetlands). Notes: General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. The Public Works Department has placed THE BROOKFIELD STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN on the web site for public review and comment. Copies of the plan are available at the Town Hall, Public Works Department, for public inspection from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and can be copied in accordance with the Federal and State Freedom of Information Acts.
